원인
- App Store Connect에 등록한 Support URL이 사용자에게 실질적인 지원 정보를 제공하지 않는다는 이유로 리젝을 먹었다.
- 그 이유는 내가 지정한 URL에서 사용자와 상호작용할 수 있는 기능이 없었고 Apple은 "사용자가 실제로 도움을 받을 수 있는 페이지"를 요구하기 때문이다.
해결방법
- 해당 링크의 하단부분에 사용자가 앱 관련 버그 제공 방법, 탈퇴/환불 문의처, 앱 내 신고/차단 등의 문의를 할 수 있는 링크와 방법을 추가 하였다.
